2015 Fall/Holiday Show Vendor Information

The Coral Springs Craft Guild Holiday Show will be held on
Friday, October 2nd, 2015 from 5:00pm - 9:00pm
and
Saturday, October 3rd, 2015 from 9:00am - 4:00pm
at La Quinta Inn, 3701 University Drive in Coral Springs.

GUIDELINES FOR NON-MEMBER CRAFTERS
The Coral Springs Craft Guild is pleased to invite non-member crafters to sell their work at our Holiday Show, October 2nd & 3rd, 2015. All hand crafted items will need to be juried by the Holiday Show Committee. Please read the following information and guidelines.

1. All work submitted to the show must be specific to the craft(s) juried & designated by the Committee.
2. There will be a $65 fee and a charge of 20% for items sold.
3. Artists are not responsible for their own set-up at the show unless agreed upon ahead of time. (For breakable items, we recommend that the artist set-up and break-down.)
4. Artists may provide their own displays, especially if the displays are specific to the crafted items.
5. The artist’s signature is allowed on any hand crafted item. However, phone numbers or web addresses are NOT allowed.
6. Artists may provide business cards to be available should a customer ask for more information.
7. Artists are responsible for collecting their merchandise at 5:00 p.m. after the show is broken down, unless you are a designated “set-up/break down” artist.
8. Artists will NOT work the show.
9. Crafted items may be grouped together, or may be moved around the show area to assist with the best look of the show and opportunity for sales.
10. Checks for outside artists will be mailed to them within 10 business days, with 20% back to the Guild deducted.
11. Artists must sign a damage/loss waiver as all members do, available when your hand crafted items are juried.
12. Price tags must be white removable tags, perforated, non-adhesive and no smaller than 1 ½ x 2” with the crafter’s initials, item & price written legibly on each tag. The Guild has these tags available or you may provide your own. Please bring a sample of your tag when you bring your items to be juried. You will be assigned a highlight marker color to mark your tags for easier sorting.
13. All crafts submitted are subject to Coral Springs Craft Guild's approvals guidelines to assure consistent quality.
14. DROP-OFF FOR YOUR CRAFTS IS: Thursday, October 1st from 4:00-6:00 p.m. PICK-UP IS: Saturday, October 3rd from 5:00 – 5:30 p.m.

Only a limited number of vendors will be accepted of each medium/type. Apply early for priority consideration.
